Mike Finnegan grew up in West St. Paul, Minnesota. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Yale University in 1999. He received his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law in 2004. Mike began working at Jeff Anderson & Associates in the spring of 2002. Mike has worked all aspects of childhood sexual abuse, vulnerable adult sexual abuse and discrimination cases. He was published twice regarding this work. His first article discussed the statute of limitations for survivors of childhood sexual abuse in Minnesota. The second article he co-wrote with Jeff Anderson and Patrick Noaker regarding clergy abuse trials.
