Gerald S. Twomey: Accused of Sexual Misconduct

In 2007, Fr. Gerald S. Twomey was immediately placed on leave without privileges after the Diocese of Rockville Centre received an allegation he sexually abused a child. Fr. Twomey worked at St. Anne’s in Brentwood, New York when he allegedly sexually abused a 10-year-old boy between approximately 1994 and 1995. In March 2008, Fr. Twomey was arrested on accusations that he sexually abused an adult male in approximately 2006.

Fr. Gerald S. Twomey was ordained a priest for the Diocese of Rockville Centre in 1981 and worked at the following locations:
