In the Terry Kohut case, involving the St. John’s School for the Deaf, a Federal Court in Wisconsin issued letters rogatory which request the Vatican’s assistance in serving Terry Kohut’s lawsuit on Cardinals Ratzinger (the current Pope), Sodano, and Bertone.
