Kelsey Constantin, Attorney

Kelsey graduated with her Juris Doctor from UC Law San Francisco in 2020. After graduating, she worked for a top personal injury firm where she developed her passion for advocating on behalf of individuals who have been harmed by powerful companies and institutions. This led Kelsey to dedicate her career to representing survivors of sexual abuse. She has represented survivors of childhood abuse against local churches, schools, and youth groups, and most recently, adult survivors of abuse in the prison system.
Kelsey values authentic relationships with her clients so that they feel empowered throughout the litigation process. Her unwavering passion for representing survivors keeps her motivated, and her adaptability allows her to handle complicated cases simultaneously and to switch focus as priorities shift. Her compassion combined with her detail-oriented work makes her an invaluable part of the team. Kelsey also teaches Legal Research and Writing in the LL.M. program at St. John’s University. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the city and cuddling with her two cats.
