Notes:

In a 2004 lawsuit, Fr. Donald Starks was accused of child sexual abuse that occurred in 1976 in both the Diocese of Albany and the Archdiocese of Boston. The abuse occurred at St. Francis de Sales in Colonie. A second suit filed in 2005, claimed child sexual abuse by Fr. Starks during the same time. Fr. Starks is named on the Diocese of Albany lists of “Clergy Credibly Accused While Serving in the Diocese of Albany.”
