Albert Mazza: Archdiocesan Clergy Credibly Accused of Sexual Abuse of a Minor

In 2013, the Archdiocese of New York permanently removed Deacon Albert Mazzafrom his assignment at the Church of the Holy Name of Mary in Croton-on-Hudson, New York, due to allegations that he sexually abused children priorto becoming a deacon in 1996. Charges could not be brought against him due to the expiration of the New York statute of limitations. Deacon Albert Mazzahad worked as permanent deacon at the Church of the Holy Name of Mary since 1996.
