John Justin O’Connor
Brother John Justin O’Connor was a member of the Congregation of Christian Brothers who worked in the Archdiocese of New York. In April 2012, two individuals alleged that Br. O’Connor sexually abused them in the mid-1980s when they were students at Cardinal Hayes High School in the Bronx, New York, where Br. O’Connor was Dean of Discipline. Br. O’Connor left the school in approximately 1987.
Br. John Justin O’Connor was also a teacher and principal at Power Memorial Academy in New York City, New York. As of 2012, Br. O’Connor had reportedly left the Congregation of Christian Brothers.
