Fr. Eugene J. Colosimo was ordained a Jesuit priest and worked in Washington, California, and Arizona.  The Archdiocese of Los Angeles listed Fr. Colosimo in their “2018 Update to Report to the People of God: Clergy Sexual Abuse Archdiocese of Los Angeles” in the section “Allegations Involving Priests Belonging to Religious Orders.” According to this list, a report was made to the Archdiocese of Los Angeles in 2016 alleging that Fr. Colosimo engaged in sexual misconduct with a minor in approximately 1978. Fr. Colosimo was also named on the Jesuits West Province of the Society of Jesus’ “List of Jesuits from Jesuits West Province with Credible Claims of Sexual Abuse of a Minor or Vulnerable Adult” in the section “Deceased and Former California Province Jesuits with Credible Claims.” According to this list, a report was made in 1993 alleging that Fr. Colosimo sexually abused a minor from approximately 1957 to 1959.
