Notes: Fr. Francisco Xavier Ochoa was ordained as a Jesuit priest in Mexico and began working in the Diocese in 1988.  Fr. Ochoa has been accused by at least seven people of child sexual abuse.  In 2006, Fr. Ochoa was charged with ten counts of felony sex abuse.  Three of these charges included lewd conduct with minors; other charges included forcible sodomy and forcible oral copulation.  One alleged instance of sexual misconduct involving a minor was in April 2006, when it is alleged that Fr. Ochoa asked a minor boy to strip naked for him in exchange for 100 dollars.  It is believed that Fr. Ochoa fled to Mexico shortly after he made incriminating statements to church officials in April 2006, that he had a history of inappropriate conduct with boys.
