Fr. Spine was permanently removed from ministry in 2006 after the allegations of sexual abuse made against him were deemed credible. He has been accused of sexually abusing a teenage boy under the age of 18 while serving in Peru in late 1970s. Fr. Spine’s current status as a priest, his whereabouts, and whether he has access to children are unknown.
