He was originally a member of the Missouri Province of Jesuits and later became a member of the Wisconsin Province when it was created in 1955. Fr. Fraser was publicly named by The Jesuits’ U.S. Central and Southern Province in its 2018 “List of Jesuits with Credible Accusations of Sexual Abuse of a Minor.” Fr. Fraser is alleged to have sexually abused a minor in the 1950s, while still a member of the Missouri Province.
