Fr. Edward Fraczkowski was included in the Colorado Attorney General’s Special Master’s Report on “Roman Catholic Clergy Sexual Abuse of Children in Colorado from 1950 to 2019.” In 2015, a survivor reported to the Archdiocese of Denver that she was sexually abused as a child by Fr. Fraczkowski when he was assigned to St. Michael’s Parish in Craig, Colorado, from 1967 to 1969. Per the Special Master’s Report, Fr. Fraczkowski abruptly left his assignment at St. Michael’s in 1969 and retained his priestly faculties until his death in 1978. Fr. Fraczkowski’s whereabouts and whether he had access to children from 1969 until his death in 1978 are unknown.
