Fr. Gary Kennedy was ordained a priest in the Diocese of Pueblo. Fr. Kennedy was included in the Colorado Attorney General’s Special Master’s Report on “Roman Catholic Clergy Sexual Abuse of Children in Colorado from 1950 to 2019.” According to the Special Master’s Report, Fr. Kennedy sexually abused a minor altar server from approximately 1967 to 1969 while he worked at St. Mary in Montrose, Colorado. Fr. Kennedy’s status as a priest, current whereabouts and whether he has access to children are unknown.
