Fr. Marshall Gourley was a priest of the Theatine Fathers. In 1997, a survivor filed a lawsuit accusing Fr. Gourley of sexually abusing him as a minor between approximately 1981 and 1984. Fr. Gourley was removed from ministry after the lawsuit was filed, although the lawsuit was eventually dismissed based on the statute of limitations. It is unknown whether Fr. Gourley continued work as a priest after 1997. His current whereabouts, status as a priest, and whether he has access to children are unknown.
