Fr. Robert Banigan was ordained a priest in the Archdiocese of Denver. Fr. Banigan was included in the Colorado Attorney General’s Special Master’s Report on “Roman Catholic Clergy Sexual Abuse of Children in Colorado from 1950 to 2019.” According to the report, Fr. Banigan has been accused of repeatedly sexually abusing a minor altar server at St. Leo the Great in Denver, Colorado in approximately 1961.
