Fr. Lawrence Pizzutti was ordained a Franciscan priest. In 2001, a man notified the Diocese of Albany that Fr. Pizzutti had sexually abused him multiple times beginning when he was 15 years old in the late 1950s and early 1960s. Later that year, a second survivor reported that Fr. Pizzutti had sexually abused him once when he was 15 years old.
