(San Francisco, CA) – Tomorrow (10.12.23), at 9:00 AM PDT, a continued Meeting of Creditors will occur, requiring an Archdiocese of San Francisco representative to appear and be questioned regarding the financial conditions of the Archdiocese of San Francisco and its hapless decision to file for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. Survivors who were sexually abused in the Archdiocese of San Francisco, their attorneys, and the public will have the opportunity to question the archdiocese, including Archbishop Cordileone’s ongoing decisions to prevent survivors from receiving justice and harbor the identities of clergy accused of sexual abuse in the Archdiocese of San Francisco. Archbishop Cordileone’s attendance and participation are anticipated.
