Monique Zabihzadeh, Attorney
Monique Zabihzadeh is a dedicated trial attorney and advocate for survivors of sexual violence. She brings valuable litigation skills and determination to the firm’s mission.
Prior to joining Jeff Anderson & Associates, Monique worked at the Bronx and Manhattan District Attorney’s Offices for over six years. She has prosecuted offenders of domestic violence, sex trafficking, sexual abuse, and homicides from arrest to jury verdict, and led initiatives aimed at expanding the rights of survivors. Her adventurous and adaptable nature allows her to face challenges head-on and handle stressful situations with grace.
Monique holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hofstra University, a Juris Doctorate from New York Law School, and a Master of Arts degree from Columbia University. Outside of work, Monique is on the board of directors for nonprofit organizations that focus on human rights and supporting domestic violence survivors. She is honored to continue her mission of advocating for the rights of women and children as a part of the team at Jeff Anderson & Associates.
