Neda Lotfi, Attorney

Neda is a fearless advocate for survivors of childhood sexual abuse against institutions, and has successfully held public schools, private schools, religious organizations, youth athletic organizations, and other institutions responsible for their negligence. Neda also represents survivors of sexual abuse and assault against musicians, artists, corporate apexes, and other individuals that use their power dynamic to manipulate and abuse their vulnerable victims.
Neda’s clients range from minor children, to senior citizens seeking justice under the California Child Victims Act (AB 218) for childhood sexual abuse. Neda has a deep, nuanced understanding of sexual abuse related statutes and caselaw, and uses that to capitalize on the case value while simultaneously protecting her clients’ privacy.
Neda currently serves on the Plaintiff Liaison Committee for the Southern California Clergy Cases JCCP 5101.
Neda sits on the Board of Directors for the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), a professional organization that represents the interests of 39 million Californians. Through CAOC, Neda helps push legislation to protect consumer legal rights, fundraises for charitable causes, speaks on seminar panels to further education, and mentors newer attorneys.
Neda graduated with her Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University and received her Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley School of Law. During her free time, Neda enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, playing tennis, and traveling.
