New Jersey Boy Scouts Sexual Abuse Survivor to Speak Publicly For The First Time Tuesday
(Newark, NJ) – At a news conference on Tuesday in Newark, a New Jersey Boy Scouts sexual abuse survivor and the law firms of Greg Gianforcaro and Jeff Anderson & Associates will:
- Announce a lawsuit filed by a sexual abuse survivor against the Boy Scouts of America for concealing a known hazard by keeping secret nearly 3,000 Ineligible Volunteer (“Perversion) Files;
- A sexual abuse survivor who was abused as a Boy Scout by a former Scout leader will speak publicly for the first time about his abuse by the Scout leader and his experience in Scouting;
- Demand that BSA release the identities, background information and files on all BSA perpetrators in New Jersey and nationwide who have been accused of sexual misconduct with minors.
